College Suites at Washington Square

This new student housing apartment community is located adjacent to Schenectady County Community College. The 264 bed facility is comprised of 63 (4) bed units and 6 (2) bed units and includes a common area with a kitchen in the student lounge for demonstrations, a large game room, fitness room and music room. The apartment community offers fully furnished units and 24 hour security.

The building has a timber pile foundation on pile caps and grade beams with wood framed, panelized construction. The exterior is a unit masonry façade and fiber cement siding with an asphalt shingle roof.
