Providence Community Health Center

Providence Community Health Center awarded BBL the contract for their new Health Center Facility. The 41,000 square foot, $14.2 million project will be a LEED Silver Certified Building housing administrative and staff offices; meeting rooms; x-ray and lab services; and specialty suites with exam rooms. Of the 41,000 square feet, 20,000 square feet was a renovation of the abandoned Federated Lithographers brownfield site.

The new facility is part of Providence Community’s new $42 million health services, office and retail complex. The facility will provide healthcare services for the under served.

This project was partially funded with money from the Economic Development Association (EDA).
