Medicor Medical Office Building

Medicor selected BBL to plan, design, build and develop a new medical office building. BBL acted as Medicor's Developer Agent on this project. BBL performed a Tenant Interest Survey to secure tenants and each tenant received a Practice-Analysis to determine facility requirements. With the Practice-Ready™ delivery system, BBL was able to provide Medicor and each tenant with up-front "guaranteed" costs.
