Bradford Regional Medical Center MOB

Bradford Regional Medical Center selected BBL to develop an on-campus medical office building (MOB). The Medical Center was also looking to expand and update the emergency department, ambulatory surgery, outpatient services, and administration.
BBL first performed a feasibility study, which included a physician interest survey. The survey accurately sized the envisioned MOB.
Concurrently BBL developed a Long Range Plan, which programmed and developed planning solutions to address the Center's immediate as well as long-term acute and ambulatory care needs.
