- Conduct training, coaching, mentoring activities
- Evaluate staff
- Prepare and maintain estimates, budgets, RFI(s), bids, schedules, cost reports, minutes, close out manuals, and other documents
- Attend development, owner, jobsite, kick off, close out, municipal, and other meetings
- Maintain minutes, correspondence, safety reports, event logs, as-builts, drawings, specs, shop drawings, submittals, and other documents
- Obtain permits and approvals
- Coordinate activities between project participants
- Expedite approvals and project activities
- Participate in staff evaluations
- Approve subcontractor payments
