- Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and owners
- Conducting project meetings
- Developing, managing & enforcing construction schedule
- Writing contracts

Learn the construction management disciplines, techniques and applications
Learn software and company procedures for managing projects
Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor |

Typical Duties: |

Perform or assist in: |

|
- Maintaining records and logs (including, but not limited to phone, drawing, sketch, contract, etc)
- Developing, monitoring and evaluating U&J reports
- Completing RFQ and bid packages
- Developing and following a two week look ahead schedule
- Preparing and archiving meeting minutes
- Site visits
- Take offs and estimating
- Participating in subcontractor and owner meetings
- Preparation and delivery of close out and owners manuals
- Other duties as assigned
